OUR 2025 PACKAGES

The Gables Wedding Barn is committed to excellence both as a stunning venue space and with the services we provide. The Gables Wedding Barn is a four seasons, fully heated and air-conditioned venue nestled in the prairies of the Pembina Valley on 8.5 acres. The Gables Wedding Barn is fully accessible with indoor washroom facilities, kitchen and wet bar with a seating capacity for 150 people. We have a wedding package that is perfect for your special day!

THE CLASSIC

Coming 2025...Starting at $4,500 - (With Friday access includes NEW bridal suite in separate space $5,500 plus taxes)

Exclusive use of the heritage-style barn and surrounding outdoor areas for ceremony and reception

Ceremony chair set up and take down

A customizable floor plan with wood harvest tables and vineyard cross back chairs for a unique touch

Limited Saturday Access Only (10:00 a.m. - 12:30 a.m.) Friday access additional charge.

Propane heaters and fire bowls

Sound system for ceremony, cocktail hour and reception (one mic)

Guest book table, registry signing table and cocktail tables (linens required)

This package is for the client that wants to source their own vendors, bar menu/supplies, dishes, sound person/D.J., and decor

In-house dish rental available for extra cost (set up and take down is the responsibility of client)

Bartender Services for extra cost (no outside bartenders allowed at The Gables)

150 Guest capacity. Minimum booking requirement of 100 guests

THE LUXE

Bartender Services (plastic cups for beer/mixes, wine glasses, ice and bartenders. Outside bartenders are not permitted at The Gables).

Neutral French Farmhouse Collection COMING SOON. Includes napkins, table runners, buffet table linen(2), cocktail table linen (4)

Premium dish rental with set up and take down service (after caterer leaves)

Table numbers, reserved signs (4) and tapered candles with holders (batteries included). See website for photo.

Alcohol and permit are the responsibility of the client

Exclusive use of the heritage-style barn and surrounding outdoor areas for the ceremony and reception starting Friday evening before the wedding.

Floral package starting at $2,000 value (all bridal bouquets, corsages and boutonnieres and additional arch or table florals depending on flowers chosen).

This package comes at an incredible deal and saves you time and money before your BIG day! (Alcohol and permit are the responsibility of client)

Aynsley Neufeld is a Certified International Wedding & Event Planner located in Southern Manitoba. She enjoys being able to use her love for style and design, to create beautiful events for her clients. Her drive and passion for wedding planning comes from seeing the love and enjoyment on her clients faces, as they experience the wedding of their dreams come to life.
